The Eye of the Beholder, based in Switzerland, uses personal information only where necessary to respond to enquiries, provide requested publications, maintain correspondence with collectors and scholars, and—where separately authorised—share occasional news about catalogues and selected works.

Information supplied to request a publication is used to fulfil that request and protect the publication service from misuse. Consent to future announcements is optional and is not required to receive a requested publication.

We may use specialist hosting and email-delivery providers acting on our instructions. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable record-keeping obligations, and the protection of legitimate interests.

We seek to handle personal information consistently with applicable Swiss data-protection requirements and, where relevant, the rights of visitors from the European Economic Area and United Kingdom.
